A focused improvement
Start with one task, a missing feature or an existing tool that needs attention. We review the current setup, define the deliverable and estimate the work before implementation.
Best starting point: a clear problem and an example of the result you want.
A custom system
Sales tools, account portals and connected workflows can involve several users and systems. We assess feasibility and dependencies, then define a first version and any later stages.
Pricing: a written project scope and quote. The monthly plans below do not set the price of an unrestricted custom build.
Ongoing service
Choose continuing maintenance, knowledge updates, troubleshooting or development around the systems you use. The plan or proposal identifies the included work and support channels.
Current plans: $399, $599 and $999 per month. Software usage and separately scoped work are clarified before you start.
Monthly AI and Website Plans
These recurring plans include setup and customization within the agreed plan scope, website and email hosting, a business knowledge base and connection to a compatible AI account. The proposal lists the initial deliverables, ongoing work and any additional project or usage costs.

Know What You Are Buying
Implementation
We define the initial setup, content or knowledge sources, integrations, approvals and launch checks. The proposal identifies the work included in your plan and any separately scoped project work.
Ongoing work and support
The plan sets the support channels. We also agree on ongoing maintenance, reviews, content work, response expectations and how new requests are handled. Automated website tools can stay available outside business hours; personal support follows the agreed service terms.
Content production
Content work is defined by the research, editing, images, review and publishing it requires. The currently listed production rates are $12 per post on Starter and $6 per post on Growth; Premium content is priced to scope. Confirm what a rate covers in the proposal before ordering. A complete editorial program may include additional work.
Understand Costs and Ownership
AI and software usage
Connecting an AI account does not define an unlimited usage allowance. Your proposal identifies the provider accounts, included allowances where applicable, subscriptions and usage-based charges. We agree on responsibility for those costs and how additional usage is handled.
Accounts, data and custom work
We document account ownership, administrator access, data exports and rights to custom work, along with any third-party license limits. Handoff, renewal and cancellation terms are agreed before work begins.
What determines a custom project quote?
The users, source data, software connections, permissions, document or interface requirements, testing and ongoing care all affect the work. Share one example of the task through the project inquiry form so we can identify the right starting scope.
