Turn detailed product information into useful sales material.
Custom WooCommerce tools connect machinery listings to branded sales documents, so a team can prepare information around the next customer conversation.
The business need
Start with the work that needs to happen.
Machine listings contain detailed information, but a salesperson needs a clear document to share. Rebuilding that material by hand means repeating work and checking the same details in more than one place.
What DOYJO built
DOYJO developed tools that generate branded machine sales sheets from WooCommerce product information. The workflow brings together specifications, document layout, the relevant pricing context and a QR link to the current listing.
The practical result
A repeatable route from a product record to a document a salesperson can use. The sample shows the output: an organized machine overview, key details, technical specifications and a connection back to the website.

How the pieces connect
A clear route through the work.
Workflow illustration showing the main stages and the purpose of each step.
Experience that carries over
Your project does not have to look like this one.
The same skills can support product summaries, customer proposals, comparison sheets or another document your team repeatedly assembles. Your data, users and approval requirements determine the design.
A useful place to begin
Bring one product record and one example of the document you want. A useful first scope can cover a single document type before adding other layouts or integrations.

A useful first conversation
What should your business be able to do next?
Bring the task, the bottleneck or the idea. We can discuss what is feasible, what needs a closer look and a sensible first scope.
Start with what happens today.
A few sentences and an example are enough. You do not need a technical brief.

Discussing the project does not start a paid service. Scope and costs are agreed before work begins.
